Since 2016, we have been supplying our customers in the process industries with mechanical seals and parts to meet critical challenges. Our customers depend on us to ensure their operations run efficiently and effectively. We supply high quality original products and their spare parts from well know global mechanical seal brands such as Freudenberg and John Crane and we also supply replacements from high quality manufacturers around the world. 

Mechanical seal spare parts such as seat and face components, shaft sleeves, fasteners, springs and O-rings are also available. 

O-Rings are a common, yet critical component in dynamic and static assemblies in every industry. We are well known as a quality supplier of O-rings in a vast range of materials like NBR, FKM, MVQ, FMVQ and FFKM. We also supply special O-ring materials for crucial applications in the Oil and Gas industry in very low or extreme temperatures with all necessary certifications and approvals. 

We rely on our premium suppliers with standard products coming from Eriks and Italian manufacturers and special components and FFKM O-rings from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. 

High demands on sealing elements require extraordinary solutions. Spring energized lip seals are such an extraordinary solution. Selecting the correct polymer combination material with the correct seal profile design results in a variable sealing system that can withstand extreme operating conditions and parameters.

For standard application, we manufacture the seals in our local partner’s facility with state-of-the-art CNC machines and material of EU origin. In case the projects need extra engineering and know-how; we consult and supply the exact solution with the help of our partners Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. 

Rotary shaft seals provide sealing and wiping functionality for rotating movements. They perform two essential functions. The primary function is to retain the bearing or system lubricant in the system to avoid leakage. The secondary function of a rotary shaft seal is to prevent any contamination of the system by external particles. Radial shaft seals typically consist of a metal insert and an elastomer diaphragm with a spring-energized sealing lip.

Based on our customer requirements, we supply standard oil seals in NBR & FKM material from well-known brands such as CFW (Freudenberg), Dichtomatik and Trelleborg. 

Hydraulic cylinder systems are sealed using a complex configuration of high-performance hydraulic seals, and we offer a wide range of sealing products for applications within these cylinder systems. We supply a full range from standard Rod seals, Piston seals, wipers and guide rings to customized products machined to customer requests.

We also support our customers with the design of the cylinders by offer knowhow and technical support for the use and selecting the combination of seals. 

Our range of hydraulics seals are supplied from Trelleborg and Freudenberg (Simrit).
